Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Server/Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and food service, with experience in handling cash transactions and providing exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately using a cash register
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas
- Assist in food preparation and bussing tables as needed
- Utilize Aloha POS system for order entry and processing
- Provide recommendations on menu items and upsell specials to enhance the customer experience

Experience:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of food handling, safety, and sanitation practices
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and operating a cash register
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic culinary knowledge is a plus
- Sales experience is beneficial
